Sega has announced the release date of the first Sonic Frontiers DLC
Today Sega announced that the first DLC of the intended content for the 2023 Of Sonic Frontierscalled Pictures, Sounds and Speed, will be released on Thursday March 23 at 1:00 AM CET per PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, Xbox Series X/S, Xbox One, Nintendo Switch, e PC. The update in question will be the first of three updates planned for this year and will add new features including a juke-boxa photo mode and new challenge modes.

Furthermore, Sonic Frontiers presents the Turbo battlea time battle mode in which you face many enemies, Guardians and Titans at the same time.
- Photo mode: Players will be able to immortalize the moments spent on Starfall Islands entering photo mode from the pause menu. The game will be paused and a camera will appear to be used with freedom of movement.
- Juke-box: Players will be able to listen to their favorite tracks from Sonic in all Starfall Islands thanks to the new jukebox. Players will have instant access to 13 of the 53 tracks availableand they can unlock the remaining 40 by collecting Sound Memories on each island.
