Bad blow for Microsoft that has to deal with the postponement of Starfield and Redfall, two of the most anticipated titles of the second half of 2022 for Xbox users. Bethesda, in fact, has just announced that both Starfield and Redfall have been postponed and, therefore, will not arrive in the course of 2022 as previously announced. Here are the details:
Starfield and Redfall have been postponed
Bethesda has confirmed that Starfield and Redfall will not be released in the course of 2022. For the moment, the appointment with the two titles is postponed to first half of 2023. There is no specific date for the launch of the two new games. Previously, Starfield was scheduled for November 11th. Redfall was expected by the end of the year. We remind you that the two titles will be available on Day One in the Game Pass catalog and, therefore, can be played without purchasing them but also only by activating the subscription.
Microsoft is planning a conference to present its new games coming up in the near future. The appointment is, therefore, set for next June 12 for the presentation event in which Microsoft should clarify what the fate of the two new titles will be. We can also expect the arrival of new trailers at the event scheduled in about a month. The hope, of course, is that there will be no further postponements.
