After the well-known dedicated trailer, released during last year’s Xbox Games Showcase, CrossfireX is back again at the TGA 2021, complete with a release date. The title had managed to capture the interest of the community, thanks also to an unprecedented single player component. Now the new shooter from Smilegate and Remedy Entertainment finally has a launch window.

That Remedy Entertainment was working on numerous projects has long been known. The software house behind titles such as Quantum Break, Control and Alan Wake (whose sequel was also announced, with a short trailer, during the TGA 2021 ceremony) has decided to reveal the release date for CrossfireX to the world as well. . The title, which was shown with a new trailer, is the third installation of the original Crossfire (popular multiplayer shooter developed for PC by Smilegate Entertainment), developed especially for Xbox One and Series X / S consoles.
The peculiarity of this new chapter of the series is to combine the well-established component for multiple players with a single player campaign developed by Remedy. We do not yet know all the details regarding the latter, but we imagine that more details will be released soon. In the meantime, it has been declared that the title will be available worldwide on February 10, 2022.
