Il 3D ART XP digital project presented by Medieval Civic Museum of Bologna received an award as part of the event “Public Value – The Public Administration that works”. The initiative was conceived by SDA Bocconi School of Management in partnership con il GEDI Publishing Group with the patronage of the Ministry for Public Administration, ANCI and UPI. The 3D ART XP digital path of the Medieval Civic Museum of Bologna receives an award
Massimo Medica, director Civic Museums of Ancient Art and Bologna Museums Institutionreceived the award during a public meeting in the heart of Milan.
3D ART XP is a project by virtual tour e high resolution 3D scan capable of transporting users directly within the museum spaces to discover its rich collections through 7 thematic routes. Thanks to the integration of innovative 3D digital technologies and audiovisual storytelling content, through the official site it is possible to take advantage of athree-dimensional visiting experience e interactive.
“Public Value” intends to incentivizeinnovation and the modernization in the public sector; its goal is to enhance the good practices that allow citizens and businesses to offer more efficient, inclusive and modern services.
They participated in this initiative 179 projects divided by 10 categories foreseen by the announcement. Among them we find sustainability; digitization; diversity and inclusion. Furthermore, among the categories we find work and economic / entrepreneurial development; new frailties; sport; culture and tourism but also innovation and creativity; simplifications; management innovations.
Instead, among the distinctive criteria that guided the evaluations of the Award Committee to choose the 22 most deserving projects we find:
- Innovation level;
- Achieved results;
- Reproducibility in other contexts.
Finally we announce that 3D ART XP has obtained the certificate of value for standing out in the category Innovation and Creativity.
