After releasing the Apple TV app for Android TV last year, Apple is now preparing to bring the application to Android smartphones as well. Several insighters – including the Xda-developers portal – report that the Cupertino company is currently internally testing the stability of the application on the Google operating system.
Although Apple has not issued any official announcement at the moment, the news comes from ShrimpApplePro, an insighter who has often provided reliable revelations about the devices of the big bitten apple. With a tweet he said “the app is currently in internal testing and will be coming to Android users soon. In addition, updates for Apple Music are also underway.

Apple TV on Android? Apparently there’s not much left
Currently Android users can only access the Apple TV+ catalog via browser. A decidedly inconvenient solution, although the official site is optimized for mobile devices. In fact, browser access does not allow users to download content for offline viewing and does not have many other features that are present on the app.
We remind you that if you want to try Apple TV + for two months you can do it by using the free code given by Will Smith. Furthermore, if you are a subscriber to Xbox Game Pass, you can redeem three free months of Apple TV + and Apple Music until March: here we explain how to do it.
