Among all the rumors regarding future Apple smartphones, here is a really interesting one on iPhone 14 Pro camera e Pro Max. According to what was announced by Ming-Chi Kuo, in fact, the rear camera array of the new models will be larger than the current ones. The reason? The innovative system of Wide 48 MP cameras.
iPhone 14 Pro: The camera will be larger and protruding
These days, analyst Ming-Chi Kuo commented on some of the rumors shared by Max Weinbach about the iPhone 14 Pro camera. Apparently, the rear camera plateau of the new Apple smartphone will increase by about 5% in each dimension. In fact, it will go from a width of 35.01 mm to 36.73 mm and from a height of 36.24 mm to 38.21 mm. This means that the photographic sector will protrude not a little, going from the 3.60 mm of the iPhone 13 Pro to the 4.17 mm dell’iPhone 14 Pro.
The main reason for the larger and more prominent rear-camera bump of the 14 Pro/Pro Max is upgrading the wide camera to 48MP (vs. 13 Pro/Pro Max’s 12MP). The diagonal length of 48MP CIS will increase by 25-35%, and the height of 48MP’s 7P lens will increase by 5-10%. https://t.co/lrwgmnLNce

To this information, Kuo has added others, specifying that the increase in size will depend on the “rear camera upgrade to 48 MP”. A novelty that will mean that the diagonal length of the iPhone’s contact image sensor (CIS) increases from 25 to 35%. And so will the height of the goal system, which will increase from 5 to 10%. In short, an important change for the design of the new iPhone, of which the camera seems to be one of the most anticipated details.
As far as we know, the 48 MP camera will be exclusive to the new Pro model, thus allowing users to record video in 8Kgreatly improving the performance of the iPhone 13 Pro camera. Indeed, in order not to miss anything, it would seem that the videos recorded with the phone can also be viewed on Apple’s AR / VR headset. In short, an incredible novelty for users. On the other hand, Kuo has already stated in the past that the iPhone 14 Pro camera “will elevate mobile phone photography to a new level”.
