A new chapter is about to be added to the numerous Marvel films. But what will this new Marvel chapter be about? In this new film, we will follow Carol Danvers, Kamala Khan and Monica Rambeau, grappling with a new problem to solve. The three, inexplicably, start swapping places every time they use their powers. It will be their duty to work together to understand why. The first images, which you can also see here, were made available by Entertainment Weekly magazine.
In addition to the three leading actresses, in The Marvels we will meet again some characters, first of all Samuel L. Jackson, who will return to play Fury. However, there will also be new arrivals, including Zawe Ashtonas Darbenn, who has long hoped to be part of a Nia DaCosta project. Also in the cast Park Seo-joon, Zenobia Shroff, Sagar Shaikh, Mohan Kapur, Caroline Simonnet e Jessica Zhou.

It was the actresses themselves who gave some advances on The Marvels. Brie Larson, Iman Vellani and Teyonah Parris they immediately formed a good friendship on the set, supporting each other in playing their characters best. Their bond in reality was useful, according to the director, to better develop the relationship between the three characters they played. Brie Larson focused on the value of this new project, explaining that:
I think it’s an amazing metaphor related to learning how to be a team and it’s a really clear example that no one person can do everything. It takes some skills, people with different viewpoints and backgrounds to save the world.
The director too Nia DaCosta she stopped to talk about her new project, explaining how difficult it is for a lover of original comics to have to adapt everything into a film. Finding a balance is one of the biggest challenges for her, due to some changes, which are necessary in order for an adaptation to work. DaCosta herself has admitted that, at times, it was the producer who brought her back on the straight path Kevin Feigepointing out her being “too nerdy”.
