Riley is growing up so new emotions are around the corner ready to emerge, even during a hockey game, the new teaser for Inside Out 2 also introduces us to Anxiety!
Pixar is ready to explore the crazy world of human emotions again with Inside Out 2. The new Super Bowl teaser (what better time to highlight emotions during a game) as well as reprising the emotions of the first film – Joy, Sadness, Anger, Fear and Disgust – it also shows us Anxiety! Riley is now a teenage girl therefore Anxiety will not be the only new entry in the emotions console, but will be accompanied by other typical feelings of adolescence. Riley is facing a new phase of life so there are new and different emotions that will accompany her as she grows. According to rumors, Anxiety will also bring with it Embarrassment, Boredom and Envy. In fact, at the bottom of the film’s poster, some little eyes appear that have not gone unnoticed at all, although we still don’t know who they belong to. On the other hand, as we know, during adolescence everything is allowed. However, if we follow the teasers released so far, the film will mainly focus on Anxiety and it seems that it will be about social anxiety.
Inside Out 2 new teaser, cast and direction
In original language Ansia will be voiced by Maya Hawkewhile Amy Poehler, Phyllis Smith and Lewis Black reprise their roles as Joy, Sadness and Anger, with Tony Hale and Liza Lapira taking over from Fear and Disgust. We are waiting to know who will lend the voices to the other new emotions present in the film. Inside Out 2 is directed by Kelsey Mann, while it seems that the screenplay is by Meg LeFauve. The film will arrive in North American theaters on June 14.
