The Pokémon franchise, with 8 generations to choose from, is certainly not without some memorable places to say the least. Fans of the series know this well, especially the user Feelinara1992, who has faithfully recreated some of these locations in The Sims 4, from Pallet Town to some of the most iconic points of interest in the latest Pokémon games, including Sword and Shield.
The Sims 4: A fan recreates some of Pokémon’s most iconic locations
The Sims 4 is the latest title in the popular life sim, and as it allows players to create their own levels, it has often been used to breathe new life into locations from other video game series. User Feelinara 1992 decided to recreate your own Pokémon, with locations like Pallet Town and other iconic locations, such as the player’s house and the Pokémon laboratory of the Sword and Shield.
The three main creations that we can see in the Feelinara 1992 post immediately bring out precious memories for fans of the Pokemon series. Pallet Town (Biancavilla) is Ash’s home and where players began their journey in the first generation of games. The recreation of the town in The Sims 4 matches the original, with the two houses and the famous Professor Oak’s laboratory.
In addition to the city that started it all, the user also added the protagonist’s house and Wedgehurst City Pokemon Lab in Pokemon Sword and Shield, the latest games in the series developed by Game Freak.
These reconstructions are proof of an impressive dedication by Feelinara 1992. While The Sims 4 offers players a lot of creative freedom when it comes to designing buildings, it takes time and patience to get so close to the original Pallet Town design, the Pokémon Lab and the player’s house.
The result, however, leaves you speechless in terms of fidelity, to the point that, at first glance, it might seem like a real collaboration between these two franchises.
