Devices with Alexa integration are designed to detect only the chosen activation word (eg Alexa, Amazon, Computer or Echo), or when the Action button (available on some devices) is pressed to activate Alexa. You can also configure Echo devices to play a short beep each time audio is sent to the cloud by going to the Alexa App Settings. Amazon’s Echo devices also receive regular security updates, which protect against the latest threats and vulnerabilities. In addition, a command is integrated that we can give to our device, to obtain a report; “Alexa, review my privacy settings”.
