Today we talk to you about how Trend Micro, global leader in cybersecurity, announced that it has been included in the prestigious “Customers’ Choice” quadrant, in the latest Gartner Peer Insights “Voice of the Customer” report dedicated to endpoint protection platforms. According to the analysis Approximately 93% of customers, out of 340 overall reviews, would recommend Trend Micro’s capabilities.

The “Voice of the Customer” report includes detailed perspectives and reviews from individual customers, which focus on first-hand experiences of implementing and operating a solution. Only vendors with 20 or more reviews, posted by client companies with revenue over $ 50 million, are considered. The reviews were collected over a period of 18 months.
Trend Micro received a rating of 4.6 out of 5, a score provided by 340 overall reviews, with 71% of those awarded five stars, while 26% awarded four stars. The ratings cover product capability, sales experience, distribution experience, and support experience.
