Trust launches its new Iris video conferencing camera, un dispositivo plug&play Ultra HD 4K designed to transform any space into a professional conference room. Thanks to the perfect union between advanced features, ease of installation and reduced overall dimensions, IRIS is a simple, agile and scalable solution, ideal for new hybrid offices.
The new normal that has radically changed the way of life of millions of people has also had important consequences on their way of organizing work. In a very short time, video meetings have become an integral part of the work routine and, today, companies are grappling with the need to adapt your organization and interior spaces to this radical transformation. Kim Koers, Trust’s Director of Marketing explains:
These changes have also affected our company and led us to explore how people will work and communicate in the immediate future. The result was the creation of a product that aims to make every video meeting of the same quality as those held in professional videoconference rooms.
The new IRIS camera combines advanced shooting capabilities and a compact design in a versatile all-in-one solution that is easy to install and use. In a few moments you can connect it through a convenient USB 3.0 input and multiply the spaces for video meetings.
For IRIS, Trust has developed the ClearView technology which ensures professional video quality at every meeting. From ULTRA HD 4K sensor with wide angle lens up to 120 °, able to offer maximum definition and a wide shot, so as to facilitate the distancing between the participants. To ensure a high versatility of use in different environments, Trust has equipped IRIS with tecnologia HDR, which ensures a sharp image in any lighting conditions. Motorized pan and tilt for face tracking they allow you to choose between different types of automatic direction, favoring, for example, the shifting of the frame between the different speakers or a fixed plane that automatically adjusts in width to always show all those present, even when new participants arrive.
Trust has also paid great attention to the audio front by developing ClearSound, technology characterized by a high quality speaker optimized for vocal audio, capable of filtering vibrations and returning a sound that is always clean and clear. For audio capture, IRIS relies on 4 high-performance beamforming microphones with an optimal range of 5 meters and noise cancellation, all managed by an algorithm that ensures that each participant is clearly audible, wherever they are seated.
Among the aspects that characterize IRIS, the great versatility and methods of use also stand out. The wide angle and microphone system deliver a perfect experience for meetings of 2 to 8 participants seated at a safe distance from each other, while the ease of use of the device is guaranteed by the tecnologia Plug&Play, thanks to which use with laptops and PCs becomes immediate. For maximum management convenience, IRIS is also equipped with a wireless remote control with which it is possible to manage audio, video and framing modes, thus benefiting from full control during meetings. Craig Hill, Head of B2B at Trust, comments:

This presents a challenge for many IT managers and office managers. Trust offers a solution. With our products, we want to help companies keep their meetings at a safe distance while keeping the personal element. High quality equipment is essential, but at the same time we believe it should be accessible to every entrepreneur, big or small. That’s why IRIS is efficient and accessible. The device is ready in minutes and you can decide whether to use Teams, Zoom, Google Meet or another video conferencing application.
