Square Enix announced that Marvel’s Avengers will be free for a whole weekend. This means that players will be able to try the title for free on PlayStation, PC via Steam and Google Stadia from July 29th to August 1st to celebrate the start of the summer game season. Here are all the details.

Square Enix also wants to celebrate the permanent publication of the option of multiple copies of the same hero. This mode made its debut with the April Tachyon Anomaly event and allows players to form teams online with more than one copy of the same superhero in multiplayer missions, facilitating and speeding up the matchmaking process.
A similar free access opportunity will be available even on Xbox consoles in the next months.
During the free entry weekend, anyone will want to try the full game you will only have to download it from the digital store of your platform. At the end of the free access period, the players who will purchase the game they will be able to keep all game progress and purchases on their platform.
Furthermore Scot Amos, the Crystal Dynamics Co-Director, revealed that he and the team are working closely with Xbox partners to be able to offer this experience even to those who own Xbox Series X e S. They will provide us with more information later.
Amos also revealed that this is the best time to start playing Marvel’s Avengers as the game prepares to celebrate its own first anniversary. Anyone who wants to try the game will have eight heroes in front of them, a lot of single and multiplayer content, ongoing events and many other news.
We remind you that the expansion will also arrive in August War for Wakanda. Here, players will be able to take on the role of Black Panther and face Klaw alongside the other Avengers.
The Free Access Weekend will be available on PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, PC via Steam and Google Stadia in all regions where the game is available. During the weekend free access will be available all the elements by Marvel’s Avengers. Among them are also included the epic Reunion campaign, the Initiative Avengers in progress and the operations of Kate Bishop e Hawkeye.
