One of the main innovations presented concerns the Discovery Feedstill in the experimental phase, designed specifically to facilitate discovery of new content and streamers from viewers, even when they are not live on Twitch.
The Discovery Feed began rolling out in August and is currently only available for 20% of users of the platform. The development team is working to implement new functionalitysuch as buttons to express interest in certain content and the ability to share positive feedback directly with streamers in the Feed.
Another new feature was introduced during October, the Stories su Twitch. A feature available on the mobile app that allows streamers to stay in touch with their community even outside of live broadcasts. The first ones were shared during Patch Notes results and anticipate upcoming news, including the possibility of insert videos, viewer comments and clip editing improvements.
At the beginning of 2023, Twitch had launched the Clip Editor, making it easy to convert clips to portrait mode and share on external platforms like YouTube and TikTok. And Twitch promises several new features to facilitate the procedures.
