Today Twitter started testing i Circle. Think of this new feature as the equivalent of the list “Close friends” on Instagram. When you tweet your circle, only the ones you have previously added to the list they will be able to read and reply to your tweets. Let’s find out all the details together.
Twitter has announced the arrival of this new feature through a new page available onHelp Center, which explains in detail what Twitter Circle is. It is good to keep in mind that this is not Twitter Communities, and it is not the same as the have a secure account (where only authorized ones can see your Tweets).
Currently users can have only one Circleand the number of people in a Circle is limited to 150 users. Only you can see the complete list of users on your list and the Tweets shared in a Circle they cannot be re-tweeted. Although the Circle limit who can see certain Tweets, this does not prevent them from re-share media o screenshot of your content.
Finally, if you have been added to a Club, you cannot remove yourself; only the owner is able to do this. But if you don’t want to be part of that circle, Twitter recommends silence conversations you don’t want to be a part of.
Twitter is currently testing this feature with some users globally. To check if you are also part of the test group, you should see the option to create a Circle appear when you compose a Tweet on Android, iOS the South official site. Anyone can join a club, even those who do not follow. Only those who are part of your Circle can view, answer e read the answers to your Tweet when it is posted within the Circle.
