The new update that should solve the problem, once and for all, will arrive over the next two months.

The Twitter support account has confirmed the arrival of an important update for the social app. The goal of the update is clear. Twitter wants that users are able to read a tweet with complete peace of mind without the risk that auto-refresh of the timeline makes it disappear from under the eyes. The problem will be addressed shortly. The goal is clear. The social network wants to guarantee a more comfortable reading and without frustrating experiences such as that of tweets that disappear.

The fix in two months
In these months, Twitter will work on a new system to handle the issue. Reading tweets shouldn’t be affected by auto-refresh.
