The Tokyo Game Show was the right occasion for Bandai Namcowhich announced two important news related to their Dragon Ball video games. The company has in fact made it known that Dragon Ball Z: Kakarot will finally arrive for new-gen consoles. The trailer for Dragon Ball: Breakers was also revealed, the open beta of which will begin next week.
Thanks to the power of next-generation consoles, Dragon Ball Z: Kakarot will arrive for PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X | S with improved graphics and performance. The upgrade to the new-gen version will be free for all owners of the game on PS4 and Xbox One.
Also announced is the game’s fourth DLC, which will be part of Season Pass 2. The latter, as well as the full game, will arrive on PS5 and Xbox Series X | S in 2023.
Dragon Ball: The Breakers will be released on October 14, 2022
Waiting for the official release 14 ottobre su PlayStation 4, Xbox One, Nintendo Switch e PC, Dragon Ball: The Breakers has revealed itself in a new trailer. The video shows us some of the new playable characters and a new map. The antagonist Majin Buu will be available as a Reaper: his unique ability allows him to evolve into his most powerful forms by transforming the Survivors into sweets and devouring them. Once he evolves into his final form, he will swallow all the remaining Survivors, modifying the game map. After being swallowed, Survivors obviously will have to struggle to try to escape.
There will also be a new Survivor: the Farmer. He will join the lost ones in the Temporal Rift and will have the ability to dig into the ground thus being able to obtain some items based on luck.
Finally Bandai Namco announced an Open Beta on all platforms to be held from 22 to 25 September. Those who wish to take part can register here. Open Beta participants who purchase the game will receive the Oolong keychain and will be able to keep their progress in-game.
