Wizards Of The Coast recently premiered the new expansion of Magic: The Gathering, Dominaria Unitaoutgoing on September 9, 2022. In celebration of the franchise’s 30th anniversary, this set returns to legendary setting based on Magic’s first release three decades ago. Let’s find out all the details together.
United Dominaria is the new expansion of Magic: The Gathering
Dominaria Unita scores a big change for Magic. The new expansion marks the rotation of set Standardrising prices for the majority of products, the introduction of new ones booster Jumpstart and the removal of three languages from its line-up; but, in particular, it marks thefinal act of the current narrative arc based on Phyrexianstarted in Kaldheim and which will end next year.
United Dominaria also marks the first return to the original Magic setting since Dominaria of 2018. As the Magic calendar runs from fall to fall, this marks the beginning of the celebrations for Magic’s 30th anniversaryso we can expect a great deal of announcements and news, returning characters and perhaps some interesting reissues to go along with it.
Wizards Of The Coast also announced the virtual event “Wizards Presents”the biggest announcement day ever, to be held on August 18.
