To a great surprise, the release date of Valheim, a new title created by the guys at Iron Gate Studios, was revealed
Two years after the success of the acclaimed survival game Viking on PC, the development team Iron Gate Studios announced the release date of their new title Valheim, confirming full crossplay support. In addition to the announcement, arrived during l’IGN Fan Fest 2023, a gameplay trailer of the Xbox Series X version of Valheim has also been released. The 50-second trailer shows the power of the acclaimed Viking simulator on Xbox Series X and reveals the exit date.
Valheim Release Date Revealed!
Valheim’s release date is scheduled for March 14 and will be available at dayone sull’Xbox Game Pass. Valheim will have full crossplay compatibility when it arrives on Xbox consoles, meaning it will allow players to play together no matter what platform they’re playing on. Versions too Steam e Microsoft Store of the game will be compatible with the new version of the title. Those who want to experience the Norse mythology survival title on PC can dive into its brutal world with a Game Pass PC subscription. Those who already have an active Game Pass subscription can get their hands on it too a preview of the game before the official release.
Valheim, having sold more than 6 million copies over the span of six months it continued to expand its boundaries with lots of new content. Recently, the game received a major expansion which introduced a dangerous biome to the open world of the game namely the Mistlands. The developers of the title have also confirmed that another expansion, Ashlands, will arrive in the game later this year. The update in question will come with new enemy types and quests, further expanding the world of Valheim.
