Inside the panel visible on the right you will have to look for the policy “Disable UDP in the client”. Then just double click on it and then choose the option “Activated” and click on OK.
It is therefore clear that the problem is attributable to the UDP protocol which generates anomalous errors. Consequently the solution lies in using the solo TCP protocol. The latter, however, can however bring with it some performance drops especially when using them connections a bit dated.
