WINDTRE is a reference operator in the telephony market in Italy and, thanks to a partnership con Oracle, has embarked on a very ambitious transformation program. The company aims to transform itself from a telco operator to digital service provider. To achieve this goal, WINDTRE has chosen to resort to Digital Experience for Communications di Oracle, a SaaS BSS solution that is implemented by Oracle Communications and Accenture.

Moving to the cloud is critical for the future
WINDTRE has passed from an on-premise CRM solution to the cloud. This has allowed a simplification of processes and a dismantling of legacy systems to make room for a state-of-the-art infrastructure capable of guaranteeing the necessary support for the transformation program initiated by the operator.
Oracle’s Digital Experience for Communications technology allows WINDTRE to initiate a digital evolution of its services. In the near future, therefore, the solutions proposed by the operator to his customers will always be oriented towards the cloud and digital, meeting the most modern needs.
