The 62nd Disney classic will arrive in Italian cinemas on December 21st, in the year of the centenary of the Burbank Studio: here is the new trailer and the Wish poster
Walt Disney Animation Studios has published the new trailer and poster for Wish, announced as the 62nd Disney animated classic, which will arrive in Italian cinemas starting from December 21st, to celebrate the holidays of the end of the year and beyond. The production company is in fact celebrating a century of existence and the film will also culminate the celebrations relating to the hundredth anniversary of the founding of the legendary Studio.
Wish will transport us to the magical kingdom of Rosas, where the brilliant dreamer Asha makes a wish so powerful that it is granted by a cosmic force, a small sphere of boundless energy called Star. Together, Asha and Star face a formidable enemy, the ruler of Rosas, King Magnificent, to save his community and prove that when the will of a courageous human combines with the magic of the stars, wonderful things can happen. The film is directed by Oscar-winning director Chris Buck (who had already directed the successes Frozen and Frozen 2 – The Secret of Arendelle) together with Fawn Veerasunthorn (Raya and the Last Dragon), and produced by Peter Del Vecho (also already known for Frozen and Frozen 2 – The Secret of Arendelle) together with Juan Pablo Reyes Lancaster Jones (Charm). Jennifer Lee she is the executive producer, as well as screenwriter of the project together with Allison Moore. The original songs are signed by the Grammy-nominated singer-songwriter Julia Michaels and Grammy-winning producer, songwriter and musician Benjamin Ricewhile the soundtrack is composed of Dave Metzger.
