Although it had already been confirmed that Xiaomi 12 Pro will soon be launched on the Indian market, the company had yet to offer an official release date, which has now finally been revealed. According to the official website of the Chinese tech giant, Xiaomi 12 Pro will be launched in India on April 27, 2022.

Although Xiaomi 12 Pro is already available in China for some time, it is finally arriving in the Indian market, which is a key region for the brand. In other words, the smartphone will replace last year’s Mi 11 Ultra as the latest flagship model in India.
Speaking of the smartphone itself, the high-end Xiaomi flagship will be equipped with the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 SoC. So it will compete directly with other premium offerings from its market rivals, such as the Samsung Galaxy S22 series, OnePlus 10 Pro just to give an example. For memory, users will likely have storage configurations that include up to 12GB of LPDDR5 RAM and 256GB of UFS 3.1 internal storage.
In the front instead the device will sport a 6.73-inch QHD + AMOLED display which offers a maximum brightness of 1500 nit. This panel also supports dynamic refresh rate up to 120 Hz and a touch sampling rate of 480 Hz.
Finally, the rear houses a triple camera setup, which includes a 50-megapixel Sony IMX707 sensor, coupled with two additional 50-megapixel sensors. Other features include a 4,600mAh battery that also supports 120W fast charging.
