Three new products have been announced that expand the Xiaomi Robot Vacuum-Mop 2 robot vacuum cleaner portfolio by focusing on power, design and convenience
Xiaomi, a consumer electronics company with smartphones and smart devices interconnected by an Internet of Things (IoT) platform, has announced the brand new Robot Vacuum-Mop lineup, three products that officially open the Xiaomi robot market for 2022: Mi Robot Vacuum-Mop 2 Ultra, Mi Robot Vacuum-Mop 2 Pro e Mi Robot Vacuum-Mop 2S.
Xiaomi Mi Robot Vacuum-Mop 2 Ultra: Ultra cleaning, automatic emptying
Mi Robot Vacuum-Mop 2 Ultra is equipped with a station of an automatic emptying system able to guarantee maximum comfort. The base station, which it contains 4L of dust and debris for an equivalent of 10 cleanings, it also has double vents and ducts, while supports up to 16.500Pa of suction powerensuring that there are no blockages during the automatic emptying process.
The LDS laser navigation high efficiency also allows the device to accurately detect and map the layout of the room, while the additional Time of Flight (ToF) detection of obstacles intelligently minimizes both material entrapment and impacts, and is able to prevent falls from stairs and avoid damaging furniture along the way.
The device can clean up to 240m² with one charge, thanks to its large capacity of the 5,200mAh battery. With powerful suction up to 4,000Pa and three water levels, this compact device delivers excellent cleaning results even on stubborn stains.
Xiaomi Mi Robot Vacuum-Mop 2 Ultra will be available in Italy from 21 February at the price of € 499.99. The base for the self-emptying Mi Robot Vacuum-Mop 2 Ultra Auto-empty station will instead be available at the suggested price of € 249.99 from February 21st.
Xiaomi Mi Robot Vacuum-Mop 2 Pro and 2S: vacuum and wash like real professionals
Mi Robot Vacuum-Mop 2 Pro represents the perfect one combination of vacuum cleaner and 2-in-1 mop offering powerful suction up to 3,000 Pa1 and high frequency sonic vibration 10,000 times / min1, all in a compact, hands-free module. L’advanced LDS SLAM navigation It also enables fast and highly accurate mapping of the environment during the cleaning process, even when the device is operating in low light and dark conditions. With a large capacity of the 5,200mAh battery, Mi Robot Vacuum-Mop 2 Pro has a battery life of 170 minutes2. Also designed for the large home, the device is also designed to save maps of multiple floors. Mi Robot Vacuum-Mop 2 Pro in black and white version will be available in Italy from 21 February at the price of € 399.99.
The economic version
During the event, a cheaper version was also presented, the Xiaomi Mi Robot Vacuum-Mop 2S which intelligently plans the path to be cleaned thanks to LDS technology and real-time room map setting. With automatic room recognition system, allows, via app, to build virtual walls, select ‘forbidden’ areas and specific rooms to clean. Aim on 3 cleaning modes – suction, washing, suction and washing – and a high suction power of 2,200 Pa, as well as a long cleaning duration thanks to a 2,600 mAh battery.
