Yamaha Motors announces the availability in its dealer network of the new Nmax 155 scooter in the 2022 version. For this revamped model, Yamaha has made some subtle changes to make it more modern and attractive to younger people. The Japanese house first thought of an LED headlight, and positioned the handlebar a little lower to facilitate tighter maneuvers at low speed. In addition to that, the ergonomics have also been slightly modified.
Yamaha Nmax 155 2022, also increases autonomy
The scooter, in the 2022 version, gets a longer (declared) fuel range of 300 km thanks to its larger fuel tank which can now hold 7.1 liters. As for the powertrain, the R15 V4 continues to be present, a single-cylinder 155cc, liquid-cooled engine that has been rated to churn out nearly 15hp of maximum power. Note that this engine comes with Yamaha’s Variable Valve Actuation (VVA) configuration. The scooter compatible with Euro 5 directives, ensures peak torque of 14 Nm at 6,500 rpm.
The new Nmax 155 2022, which is possible driving with a license B, sports a number of modern features such as Bluetooth connectivity which allows the rider to pair the vehicle with the rider’s own smartphone. This allows the user to access information such as GPS navigation, trip details and maintenance schedules via the Yamaha smartphone application My Ride. The possibility of starting the scooter without a key is also convenient, thanks to the keyless technology, while there is also the start / stop system that turns the scooter off when you stop at traffic lights, but restarts it as soon as you let go of the brake and accelerate. The Nmax 155 2022 is also equipped with a 12 V to charge your smartphone or other small electronic devices.
The scooter can be ordered at the price of 3.299 euro f.c. choosing from the three available colors, namely red, blue and gray.
