Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom Producer Talks New Gameplay • techgameworld.com

As with any title in the franchise Zelda previous, too Tears of the Kingdom promises to introduce new features and mechanics. The highly anticipated new chapter of the franchise will arrive in just under two months, with the release that will take place on May 12, 2023 exclusively on Nintendo Switch.

At the moment Nintendo has not publicly and officially announced the news of the game, but Eiji Aonumaproducer of the title, has released an interesting statement.

Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom will allow you to turn the game world upside down

Aonuma’s words come on the occasion of the acceptance speech of the award for the most anticipated game ai Famitsu Game Awards. The producer’s words were:

“In Tears of the Kingdom the free imagination of the players will be complemented by new gameplay that will bring changes to the game world”.

Taking what we know from previous trailers – and combining this information with Aonuma’s statements – we can deduce that the character of Link will have some powerful tools at his disposal. These may be able to alter the game world to the player’s liking.

At the moment, however, we just have to wait for official news or, alternatively, wait for May 12 to be able to try the game firsthand.
