Fast & Furious: Spy Racers Rise of SH1FT3R is a concentrate of action and adrenaline. We had the opportunity to try various characters and their very personal cars with which to put the turbo to get to the first place. Cars share skills or gadgets with which to hinder other competitors and a unique special move for each character. These are rather basic weapons that, however, manage to do their duty and have given us back sensations of classic racing games such as Crash Team Racing O Mario Kart.
The game maps are many, varied and colorful and fully reflect the graphic style of the game full of details and colors. Some animations seemed a bit woody to us, especially when the car falls from above, but in general the feel is more than pleasant and goes beyond the classic games for children. Particularly interesting is the section dedicated to the personalization of cars, rich in content and details that can make each car “ours”.
It goes without saying that the atmospheres of the Netflix Series have been perfectly reflected in this video game as well. With them also return the original voices of the characters of the series, a warm return of the flame.
