Official debut on the Italian market for the new Xiaomi Mi Smart Band 6 NFC. The Xiaomi smart band will allow you to make payments in the store. Users will be able to pair their own device Mastercard payment card issued by Nexi to carry out expenses in a simple and immediate way. The service will be active as early as October 14th. It should be noted that YAP, the Nexi mobile payments app, can also be virtualized with the Xiaomi device.
The new Xiaomi Mi Smart Band 6 NFC debuts
Users will be able to associate the new one Xiaomi Mi Smart Band 6 NFC to your smartphone thanks to the app Xiaomi Wear. Registration of the card will only take a few seconds. Subsequently, to make a purchase, simply activate the payment method on the smart band with a swipe and bring your wrist close to the POS.
For security reasons, if the band is removed from the wrist, it will not be possible to make payments without entering the PIN. Thanks to the agreement with Xiaomi, the customers of Nexi’s partner banks will be the first in Italy to be able to take advantage of the digital payment service with the new band.
The new Xiaomi Mi Smart Band 6 NFC is available in Italy from midnight of 14 October with a price of 54.99 euros. For the first 48 hours there is a promotional price of 43,99 euro on both mi.com and Amazon.
