Remote and unexplored possibility for the remastered collection: a rating suggests a “Legacy of Thieves Collection” for Uncharted
The archaeologist Nathan Drake is about to make her comeback with Uncharted: Legacy of Thieves Collection, which will bring to PS5 and PC two of the last chapters of the series (the fourth, A Thief’s End, e The Lost Legacy), but after the announcement a couple of months ago a rating seems to suggest that the wait is about to end. During the announcement, Sony stated that the collection would go out on PS5 more or less in early 2022. Later, the PC version by Iron Galaxy Studios. However, there has been no announcement regarding a possible release date, but today a glimpse of the situation seems to be opening.
The Australian rating: Does Uncharted’s Legacy of Thieves Collection have a date?
In Australia, a rating has just emerged (i.e. a classification for therecommended minimum age) for Uncharted: Legacy of Thieves Collection. If nothing else, this suggests that the launch is at least approaching. Although the release date has not yet been confirmed, it is possible that Sony is preparing for the last show of veils. It must be said that the film dedicated to the origins of Nathan Drake is scheduled for February 18 next year, so it cannot be excluded that the Asian cross-media giant is aiming at a (further) mutual promotion between game and film.
Of course, though, Mr. Drake is in good company. At his side, in the uncharted territory of the PC, we will soon see a respectable “colleague”. Indeed, on January 14, the arrival of God of War. For us it is quite unlikely that the Uncharted collection will be out before then. The arrival of two Sony icons, previously united only by the presence in the roster of the Smash-like PlayStation All-Stars Battle Royale, in the silicon palace of the “master race” is already quite surreal as it is. Of course, we are more than willing to accept a denial!
