LAS VEGAS – Among the many innovations presented by Samsung here at CES 2022 from Las Vegas we find him: Odyssey Ark, a gaming monitor that captivated the fair audience.
Samsung Odyssey Ark: little is known yet
Of this Odyssey Ark little is known yet, Samsung itself did not want to release who knows how much information at the fair. A Samsung manager confirmed some features: a 55-inch display with a traditional 16: 9 aspect ratio, ultra-curved, equipped with the new Quantum Mini LED technology. Among the novelties we find the possibility of being rotated – manually – even in a vertical position. But what will it ever do? Well to keep three applications open at the same time (32 inches): the game session, Twitch with chat and maybe discord.
Other technical features?
From what we have been told the display should have a refresh rate of 165Hz and a response of 1 millisecond. In support of all this a noteworthy audio system with support for Dolby Atmos.
Odyssey Ark: price and availability
It would be nice to be able to communicate the price of this Samsung Odyssey Ark. But to our question, the manager of Samsung could not answer us. From the features, we can guess that it is a premium product.
As for the visual quality and performance of this super gaming monitor, we cannot yet express ourselves. We look forward to being able to experience it firsthand.
