Platinum Games’ new work, Babylon’s Fall, created in collaboration with Square Enix, is finally available starting today, in PS4, PS5 and PC versions
Surprisingly announced in 2018, during the conference held by Square Enix during E3 dated 2018, Babylon’s Fall has been able to catalyze the attention of the players from the beginning, given the caliber of the protagonists of the partnership in question, capable of giving birth to that pearl that responds to the name of Nier: Automata. Precisely for these reasons, the idea of seeing this peculiar action / RPG with hack and slash elements in action has held the bank over the years, despite the lack of information released. The wait, however, seems to have finally come to an end, given that the title is officially available starting today.
Babylon’s Fall is finally available
In the title, the player will take on the role of a Sentinel, call to climb the massive tower known as the Zigguratstarting from the main hub called Sentinel Force HQ. Here it will be possible to interact with other players, visit the shops, access the various quests, or go to the blacksmith, through which we can obtain and upgrade the equipment. The game will allow you to take the field both in solitary than in cooperative, along with 3 other players. The various missions will ask you to overcome 3 to 4 floors at a time, until you reach the top. Obviously the climb will allow you to get your hands on loot, to be used to enhance your character.
Peculiarities of Babylon’s Fall will be the combat system, which will allow you to take up two different weaponsas well as being able to count on Gideon’s Coffina tool that will allow you to bring with you another pair of spooky weaponsthe use of which is linked to a particular energy bar.
After being the protagonist of a demo, released a few days ago, the time has come to finally see the new birth of Platinum Games at work, which is available for PS4, PS5 and PC starting today.
