Years after its publication, theapp Nintendo Switch Online has finally received a big update with the arrival of version 2.0: This new version of the application a few days after the fifth year of life of the Nintendo Switch and brings with it several important updates, especially as regards users iOSwho will notice several changes.

L’app Nintendo Switch Online has always been basically Nintendo’s approach to allow players to use the voice chat feature while playing games heavily focused on the co-op component such as Splatoon 2. Now the app has been revamped with some great features, although it is still very basic and not as versatile as some competitors.
The app has a main tab and presents the following information: online friends, games with specific services and voice chat. In addition, users can now access settings and customize various aspects of their use of the application, such as the management of notifications, voice chats, alerts and much more.
Not only that, Nintendo is finally making it easier to check and copy your friend code, whether you want to send it to a friend or add it to your bio. Twitter, just to give an example. The Japanese company also said that various other small changes have been made to the app.
Although Nintendo pushed to bring more services to iPhone users, the company still does not offer a service like other industry giants. However, this could be an important first step in the right direction.
