BTS transform into Tamagotchi animals thanks to a new collaboration with Bandai: take care of them!
You too can adopt a BTS in pixels and bones on the new Tamagotchi
I of day BTS they will be happy to know that from today it will be possible to adopt a stray member of the band and take care of him. No, we’re not talking about actual adoptions, so put away the idea of replacing their posters with a real BTS. We obviously talk about the device he made crazy young people in the wonderful 90s: the Tamagotchi. For those of you too young to have experienced the trauma of having one die, the Tamagotchi was a small electronic device that simulated the life of an animal. Players could look after him, pamper him and feed him. But we assure you that the vast majority have spent hours armed with toothpicks to reset the device after the inevitable death due to the carelessness of the digital life partner. To you, little pixelated creatures, today we pay homage and apologize.
Either way the news is that a new one collaboration between Bandai and the hugely popular band will lead to a new edition of Tamagotchi which will be released in September. You can choose one of the members of the group and take care of it as if it were your own pet. A dream for fans but also for detractors and haters, who will be able to put aside the now obsolete voodoo dolls and starve the BTS until the arrival of the Grim Reaper.
The announcement came with a lot of gameplay videos where you can peek into what the new Tamogotchi BTS edition will consist of. In addition, according to Gamerbraves, players will be able to do a variety of activities alongside the artists in pixels and bones: such as dancing or going to the sauna. There will be two versions of the device: Magic Door and Mic Drop (one purple and one red) as the titles of two songs of the group. On ToyBandai it is already possible to pre-order at price of ¥ 2,530 (about € 20). The shipment will take place at the time of the release of the September 17.
While we have also read The History of Tamagotchi we told with passion (all that we have never put into looking after our digital pets).
