Mercedes GLC 2022 appears the back in the teaser

The arrival of the new Mercedes GLC 2022 is forthcoming. The three-pointed star company has already confirmed the presentation date of this important model, scheduled for June 1st. And as often happens to increase the wait, Mercedes has released a teaser with a view of the rear that reveals the most elegant design and in line with the sedan from which it derives.

A feature that Mercedes intends to make it more attractive, since it represents more of an evolution than a revolution. The design change responds to customer requests and Mercedes wanted to satisfy them since we are talking about a model that has filled the brand’s coffers. Inside, the new Mercedes is digitized at the highest level with two large screens, a touch screen in the center console and the transmission tunnel for the MBUX infotainment platform.

Mercedes has confirmed that the new GLC 2022 is an SUV five-seater 100% electrified, to which is added a complete range of petrol and diesel mechanics that are committed not only to performance, but also to maximum efficiency. All combustion engines in fact have the technology MHEV is 48 volts the famous “Mercedes EQ Boost”, as well as being associated with the 8-speed automatic gearbox and “4MATIC” all-wheel drive, standard on all models. They won’t be the only options, because the company has considered up to three plug-in hybrid models.

But the really cool thing is the onboard battery, which it will offer energy to travel no less than 100 kilometers, more than enough for everyday use. Mercedes will open orders from next September in the main European countries, although in Germany it will start in June.
