Capcom recently hosted an online event for Dragon’s Dogma 10th anniversary and officially announced Dragon’s Dogma 2 during the show.
Dragon’s Dogma is a action RPG which was first published by Capcom in 2012 for the seventh generation consoles. This title featured unique features which helped him distinguish himself from other RPGs of that period and this allowed him over time to accumulate a large number of extremely loyal fans.
In these ten long years Capcom has never talked much about the future of the franchise, but now it finally seems that the situation has changed. In fact, this night an event was held for the 10th anniversary of Dragon’s Dogma and during the show it was finally officially announced Dragon’s Dogma 2.
Arsen is finally returning thanks to Dragon’s Dogma 2!
Hideaki Itsuno, the game director of Dragon’s Dogma 2, appeared during the event dedicated to the tenth anniversary of the franchise and has officially announced to the world the existence of a second chapter. Unfortunately during the show no information has been revealed about this new project and we had to settle for a short one teaser in which the game logo appears for a few seconds. After all these years of waiting, however, the confirmation of the existence of this sequel is already enough to make fans around the world happy.
As for the story at the moment we can not help but rely on some speculations. The title could follow the events of an Arisen from a later period to that of the first chapter, or maybe it could take us back in time to let us discover something more about the origin of primo Arisen. For now we can not help but fantasize, but as soon as Capcom releases new official information we will share them with you immediately.
