A well-known leaker recently talked about what should be the new game in the Need For Speed series (“Need for Speed: Unbound”)
Electronic Arts confirmed earlier this year that it would not be hosting one of its annual events EA Play Live this year and would instead release announcements on other occasions. Either way it seems like July will once again be the month the company unveils many of its upcoming games. Recently, the well-known insider Tom Henderson claimed that the long-awaited reboot of Skate (titled simply “Skate”) is expected to be unveiled right in July and it looks like EA will announce a couple more games as well. In a new report published in Exuter, Henderson states that the new game of the racing series Need for Speed Will be one of the titles that the company will announce and unveil during the same month, the game should be called “Unbound“. Let’s see all the details about it in the next lines of this article.
Need for Speed: Will the new “Unbound” game feature an anime aesthetic?
Interestingly, in his report, Henderson also confirmed the details on the new alleged game of Need for Speed (tale “Need for Speed: Unbound“) From the reports at the beginning of the year, according to which the graphic component would have partly a stylized aesthetic e anime. Henderson also added that the game’s character design is similar to the TV show The Boondocks.
Furthermore, the “meetupWill apparently be one of the main features of the game. These will allow players to meet across the map and start races with each other, on tracks that, according to Henderson, have been described as “unique“. Presumably, the game’s map would also have a large railroad track running through it entirely, although it is unknown what kind of role this might play in racing.
The insider also states that the game could be called “Need for Speed: Unbound“. While he’s not entirely sure if this is really the title’s official name or if it’s just a code name, Henderson reported that it’s the title he has heard most frequently for the racing game in question.
Earlier this year, rumors also claimed that the new title Need for Speed it will not be cross-gen and will only launch for PS5, Xbox Series X / S and PC.
