Most of the interactions you can have with other characters will grant you bonuses to Social Skills and, as far as Kindness is concerned, you’ll have to aim for Shinya Oda (Tower) and Sojiro Sakura (Hierophant). Spending time with them will grant you 3 Kindness points every time.
