Jaguar Land Rover’s InMotion has a new CEO: Mike Smeed
The appointment of Mike Smeed as CEO of InMotion, the venture capital arm of Jaguar Land Rover, it represents an important step forward for the division that plays a key role in the group’s Open Innovation strategy. InMotion, in fact, collaborates with statrtup, scaleup and external organizations and already has invested in key areas of the company’s program such as autonomy, connectivity, electrification, sustainability, techno-finance and smart business. From this November it will be up to Mike Smeed, previously driving Chery Jaguar Land Rover, to carry on the development of the projects.
