Problems for Microsoft One Drive and Skype: generalized down since this morning

According to DownDetector, which collects reports from users regarding the downtime of the major online services, the disruptions began at 09:30 this morning. The peak of reports occurred exactly one hour later, at 10:30 and at the time of writing to you there are still problems for both services.

At the moment Skype it seems to be down only for some areas of the world, while in Italy the service does not report any particular problems. Microsoft One Drive, on the other hand, is unreachable from practically the entire boot.
