In the past few hours, Flying Wild Hog has announced the arrival of Trek to Yomi also on Nintendo Switch: let’s see the release date and all the details together
There are titles that one approaches with curiosity, not expecting great things, and by which one is struck by more than St. Paul on the Road to Damascus (these biblical quotations…). Among these, we also include Trek to Yomi, a title developed by Leonard Menchiari in collaboration with Flying Wild Hog, released in May last year on PS4, PS5, Xbox One and Xbox Series X | S and PC and released since day one on Xbox Game Pass. We told you about it in a detailed review, which you can find by clicking here.
However, Nintendo Switch was missing from the appeal and perhaps even the console that best suits the title. That was until a few hours ago when it was announced that next January 30 Trek to Yomi will arrive on the hybrid Nintendo in digital edition. On the occasion, Flying Wild Hog has also released a new trailer, which we leave you below. Let yourself be dazzled.
Trek to Yomi: Journey of the Samurai has a release date on Nintendo Switch
Net of some important flaws, Trek to Yomi managed to capture us thanks to his splendid and masterful artistic direction, as well as a rather fun gameplay to master. It will be important to learn to master your katana, and to alternate between defense and a rather prudent and never reckless attack. All in favor of a narrative inspired by the classic Japanese films of the mid-twentieth century focused on the tragedies of the Samurai, the struggles and the blood. In short: if you like the theme, give it a chance.
The release date set for Trek to Yomi on Nintendo Switch is therefore next January 30th.
