Since the official announcement, which took place more than a year ago, during the Nintendo Direct of June 2021, the unexpected remake of these two titles has managed to bring back into the spotlight a series that has remained unjustly on the sidelines until today. Originally expected for December 3, 2021, the title was then postponed to spring 2022, only to be postponed again due to the sad events that took place between Russia and Ukraine. Now, as it prepares for its imminent launch, Advance Wars 1+2: Re-Boot Camp returns to show itself in a new gameplay video.

To the delight of all fans, a brand new gameplay video dedicated to the upcoming Advance Wars 1+2: Re-Boot Camp has been made available in the past few hours. The latest effort by Nintendo and Intelligent System is a double remake of two strategic games originally released almost twenty years ago on Game Boy Advance, and very popular at the time thanks to solid strategic mechanics and a colorful and captivating cartoon style.
In the six minutes of play shown (which you can view above) we can see the return of Andy, one of the original protagonists, but also of other UCs such as Olaf and Nell. Many other gameplay elements will also return, such as CO special powers, which can be used to gain advantages on the battlefield. The editor mode will also make its welcome return, which will also allow here, as in the original titles, to create customized maps to play on. We remind you that, as stated in the last Direct, the title will be available starting this April 21, obviously exclusively for the hybrid of the Kyoto giant.
