Via a press release, Chili and Red Carpet have announced the arrival of Alè Europe in streaming, starting tomorrow: let’s find out all the details of this new series dedicated to the world of sport together
From tomorrow, April 27, Chili’s catalog of TV series (but if you want that of films, too) will expand with a new, interesting project dedicated to the world of sport. We are talking about Alè Europe, the series in which the protagonists are the great champions of sport, which give life to an original and unprecedented format that develops in 12 episodes (a clear reference to the stars on the flag of the European Union. The 14 athletes involved represent our country from North to South: Olympic and Paralympic champions and symbol athletes of the sport italiano During the episodes, they tell their stories by discovering unexpected points of contact with successful projects made possible thanks to European Union funds: stories of the rebirth of places and monuments, redevelopment of areas, scientific research, new technologies, associations and events in areas of Italy where they grew up or with which they have a special bond.
The series, produced by Red Carpet, a company of the ILBE Group, is the first sports project ever belonging to the entertainment sector to win the European tender “Call for proposal – Support for information measures relating to the EU Choice Policy”, and is was developed with the financial support of the European Union. The first episode, available tomorrow on CHILI, will feature Giorgio Minisini – winner, among other awards, of the gold medal at the European Championships in Rome 2022, in the debut of the Sincro Solo technician – and Linda Cerruti, an icon of artistic swimming, and will be set in Savona in the Liguria Region. The project described is “QualiPorti” which aims to increase the protection of marine waters in tourist ports through the creation of an action plan for the disposal of waste in port basins.
Alè Europe lands on Chili: the champions are protagonists!
The remaining eleven episodes will be released on Chili, also in free streaming, on a weekly basis every Thursday, from 4 May to 13 August 2023. Alè Europe is a series intended for the general public, for the youngest who have yet to make their way to conquer their personal goals, and for those who, on the other hand, have already achieved goals, but want to open up to new perspectives in order to never stop improving. Thus, the story of falls and rebirths of great champions unfolds in parallel with the story of successful projects made possible thanks to European Union funds, confirming that, today more than ever, sport is a universal access key to discovery, of self and of the other and of new worlds.
Among the protagonists: Martina Carrara e Fabio Scozzoli (multi-titled swimmers and couple in life), Daniele Cassioli (the greatest Paralympic water ski champion of all time), Monica Counterfact (paralympic bronze in the 100 meters in Tokyo and military), Marcus of Constantius (olympic bronze rower), Michele Moioli (Olympic champion snowboarder), Vincent Nibali (one of the strongest cycling champions ever), Antonella Palmisano (reigning Olympic champion in the 20 km walk), Manuel Pasqual (former captain of Fiorentina), Letizia Paternoster (world champion track cyclist), Enza Petrilli (paralympic silver archer) e Gaia Sabbatini (talented Italian middle-distance champion).
