The contents of these “creators” will be displayed in priority via Artifact. It should also be noted that the authors of the articles will be able to claim their profile, obtaining the blue check that distinguishes verified accounts. With this latest innovation, Artifact confirms itself as a reference app in the news sector. For app users there is the option to directly follow the profiles of writers and journalists. The contents of these profiles will be displayed as a priority by the app which aims to synthesize the best of news aggregators with some features typical of social apps.
In some ways, this latest addition to Artifact goes one step further challenge to Twitter. It should be noted that content creators on Artifact (journalists and writers) can easily verify their account (for now via the iOS app but in the future also via Android) by obtaining the check (for a fee on Twitter).
