Although expected for Christmas, the Disney Wish animated film is already starting to give us some previews, including a new teaser trailer
Difficult to accept it, but we have now passed the middle of August. We can try to console ourselves by thinking that, with the arrival of September, there will be many new things awaiting us in the cinematographic field, even if we will have to wait a few more months before being able to attend Wishnew animated feature film Disney. Even though the Christmas season still seems far away, it has just been released a new teaser trailerdedicated to this new release. It’s worth a look.
The plot | Wish: a new teaser trailer dedicated to the Disney Christmas movie
The new film is directed by Chris Buckfamous for having been part of the creation team of Frozen (2013) and Tarzan (1999) and from Fawn Veerasunthorn, who also recently worked on Raya and the Last Dragon (2021). In this new project, Disney transports us to a totally new world, Rosas, in Iberian land, where we will meet the young dreamer Asha. The girl makes a wish so powerful that it is accepted by a cosmic sphere of great energy, called Star. Together the two will have to deal with Magnificent Kingthe ruler of Rosas.
In the original version, we already know that the protagonist will have the voice of Ariana DeBose while his antagonist, Re Magnifico, that of Chris Pinead Alan Tudyk instead it will be the task of giving one’s voice to Valentino, the protagonist’s best friend. Wish is made by Peter Del Vecho and co-produced by Juan Pablo Reyes. Jennifer Lee instead he will take care of the executive production and the screenplay, together with Allison Moore.
The new previews
Thanks to the sharing of the new teaser, we have the opportunity to discover something more about the magical world in which we will be transported and the characters that host it. In fact, let’s get acquainted with Magnificent, the ruler of the Kingdom of Rosas, able to grant the wishes of his subjects who, from a first glance, seem to really love their king. Through these few seconds we will also see Ashathe girl protagonist, in the company of her little friends, the little goat Valentino and the Star sphere.
We just have to wait for more clips like this, to try to extrapolate some other new and succulent information on this upcoming Disney film, which we hope will enrich Christmas for young and old with magic.
