The roll of the dice gave X as a result: that of Larian Studios is not an unknown, Baldur’s Gate 3 lands on Xbox, including Series S
Since Running Studios is not satisfied with giving us something to talk about on just one day of the week, today we also have confirmation that Baldur’s Gate 3 will also come up Xbox Series X ed S. The development team has already previously talked about a port for the jade giant, but with half of November now behind us, a conversion by the end of the year seems like a sailor’s promise. The music changes quite a bit with the tweet which we reported below, in which the developer confirmed that the long-awaited port will be available next month. For now we have no other details, but the post makes no secret of how temporary the halo of doubt is.
Xbox players, we hear you’re looking for more news on Baldur’s Gate 3. The game is on track for a December release.
We’ll see you at The Game Awards for the World Premiere™ of the exact release date.

Final shot from Larian Studios: Baldur’s Gate 3 is preparing to dock on Xbox Series
In the post above, Larian Studios clearly confirms that the release date is scheduled for the evening of the gaming red carpet. “Xbox players, we know you’re looking for more news on Baldur’s Gate III. The game is set for a December release. See you at the Game Awards for the preview announcement of the exact release date.” With a Game of the Year nomination and a reinvigorated ambition for future games, it’s only natural that the development team can’t wait to officially reveal the port with great fanfare. Of course, the date set for the reveal (December 7) automatically refutes the leak of the previous release date (December 6), but at least we won’t be left wondering for long. The game is currently available on PC and PS5.
