Here are the two chilling teasers for Longlegs, a disturbing horror film by Oz Perkins starring Nicolas Cage and Maika Monroe
The son ofAnthony Perkins of Psycho, one of the most interesting horror directors around, will arrive at the cinema in 2024 with a new film starring Nicolas Cage, Maika Monroe, Alicia Witt and Blair Underwood.
Perkins is one of the most interesting new names in contemporary horror cinema, author of films such as February, I Am the Beautiful Creature Who Lives in This House and Gretel e Hansel. Over the next few months, new details about this film with a promising cast will be revealed. At the moment there is no American release date, in Italy we still don’t even know if and how it will be distributed. Perkins will bring a new horror/thriller film to cinemas entitled Longlegsand which stars Nicolas Cage and Maika Monroe from It Follows, alongside Alicia Witt and Blair Underwood.

Surrounded by mystery, the film will star Maika Monroe as an FBI agent named Lee Harker who is assigned to an unsolved serial killer case (Nicolas Cage) which takes unexpected turns when some clues appear directly linked to the world of the occult. Harker will discover that he has a personal connection to the killer and will have to try to stop him before he strikes again.
The plot seems like that of many films with serial killers, but these two strange, mysterious and truly disturbing teasers that appeared on the internet seem to suggest that the film is not at all foreign to horror. They are titled “Every year there is another” (every year there is another) the first, and “Remember to say your prayers” (remember to say your prayers) the second.
