Among the new features coming to WhatsApp, the messaging app is releasing an interesting one regarding the quick responses. WhatsApp has announced that it is enabling a new shortcut for posting quick replies, available on the latest updates of WhatsApp Business beta per Android e iOS
WhatsApp Business offers new functions e instruments to help companies better manage their customer chats. “Quick Answers” was one of the first features released for the business platform, which allows you to reuse frequent messages: thanks to this function, it was possible create keyboard shortcuts to send them quickly.
The user must type “/” in una chat, by selecting the message to be sent from the list. Over the course of this week, WhatsApp is adding another entry point for show all shortcuts available created within the WhatsApp Business settings.
As you can see in the screenshot above, the new shortcut has been added in the chat sharing action menu. It’s not limited to iOS users though – beta testers who are using the latest beta updates of WhatsApp Business beta for Android can see the same shortcut in the same location.
The reason why WhatsApp has decided to implement another shortcut to open and use quick replies is unknown. However, it is certain that the new shortcut will help more companies to learn about this function. The new feedback feature has been released to select Android and iOS beta testers on the recent Business beta, and other activations are expected after the release of new updates.
