Since the beginning of this year Red Bull he's going through a really bad time. Not so much for the results obtained this season, on the contrary, Max Verstappen achieves increasingly satisfactory results. The real problem, however, lies in the actual cold War that the team has been experiencing since the Christian Horner scandal against a former female employee who he allegedly sexually harassed with some not at all pleasant messages. This behavior on the part of the team principal is slowly leading to the dissolution of the team, which was previously very united. The first to leave Red Bull is in fact Adrian Newey. The technical director has worked for more than 20 years for the team, contributing to the creation of the team's most powerful single-seaters which led them to victories.

The reason why Adrian Newey left the team was not stated. Newey simply stated that “it's time to make way for someone else“, but the reasons could be very clear. In fact, it is no coincidence that the technical director decided to leave the team after the Christian Horner scandal. But not only for that, it is there within the team lots of chaos, caused mostly by the division between the Thai team that wants to keep Horner in the team and the Austrian team that wants to kick him out, with the support of the Verstappen family. The fact remains that Newey will leave the team after the first quarter of 2025, then he will still work for RB17. After finishing the contract, Newey could join Ferraribut also in Aston Martin.
