Ubisoft has announced the release date of the first real expansion of Assassin’s Creed Valhalla, entitled Wrath of the Druids, and all the news coming with Season 2
The Assassins’ Creed brand has undergone, over the years, a series of changes that have not been liked by everyone. The fans of the first hour found each other stunned by the turn to the more pure RPG side with the last few chapters, and many have strayed from it. It must be admitted, however, that after a couple of not very convincing iterations, albeit always well made, with the arrival of Assassin’s Creed Valhalla Ubisoft seems to have found its way again. However, just think that Valhalla was, and still is, a success in terms of simple sales numbers. And while it is true that it is not always the numbers that determine the features of a title, they often indicate its general appreciation.
In the past few hours, Ubisoft has also announced the arrival of the first DLC of two in total expected. The Wrath of the Druids will be available starting next April 29 and will be available for single purchase for € 24.99 or with the Season Pass for € 39.99. In this first expansion you will be accompanied to Ireland, to discover the secrets of an ancient Druidic cult to unmask its followers. You will delve into Gaelic myths and folklore and fight in the cursed forests typical of the region, gaining influence in the Irish court.

Meanwhile, Assassin’s Creed Valhalla Season 2 is Live until April 18th. The Ostara Festival brought a lot of new content, much of which obviously dedicated to the Easter holidays. New camp decorations and new types of minigames are available, as well as abilities, exclusive rewards, character missions and more. To participate, you’ll need to travel to England and complete one of the first story arcs. The festival will automatically launch once you visit the camp.
