Through a press release, Microids has revealed all the details on the various physical editions available of Asterix & Obelix: Slap them All, let’s find out together
Waiting for the new game dedicated to the Smurfs and Marsupilami, and after the incredible adventures of Asterix & Obelix XXL on Nintendo Switch, Microids is back to talk about the two heroes with a new title. Slap them All is a real one beat’em up with a heavy emphasis on co-op which is coming this fall on PlayStation 4, Xbox One, PC and Nintendo Swtich. Asterix & Obelix: Slap them All will obviously also be on PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X | S through backwards compatibility. Developed by Mr Nutz Studio, the game wants to be fully consistent with the original story.
For this reason, an artistic direction very similar to that of comics was chosen, with completely hand-drawn characters, scenarios and animations. A tribute, therefore, to the classic 2D animation. Set in 50 BC, in a Gaul completely occupied by the Romans, the game will tell us about that one, small village of indomitable Gauls that resists the invasion again and again. Here are the special editions of Asterix & Obelix: Slap them All!
Through a press release, Microids has also unveiled the different physical editions with which the title will be available during the autumn. The first is called Limited Edition and includes the game in an exclusive box, a keychain, two sheets with lots of stickers and a surprise that Microids did not want to reveal. In Collector’s Editioninstead, you will find Asterix & Obelix: Slap them All! in an exclusive box, a 27 cm figurine, a key ring, two sheets with lots of stickers and … always the surprise!
